退換貨注意事項
1.Color Accuracy: Due to variations in lighting conditions and display settings across different devices (smartphones, tablets, and computer screens), product images may differ from the actual item. The actual product color should be considered final.
2.Natural Color Variations: Imported kraft paper may exhibit slight color differences between batches. Paper bag colors may vary depending on size, production lot, or purchase timing.
3.Manufacturing Tolerances: As paper bag manufacturing is not a precision process, slight discrepancies of approximately ±5mm in size and positioning, along with minor creases or uneven surfaces, are normal. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such irregularities unless the handle detaches or the bottom falls apart.
4.Product Inspection: Please check the integrity of each bag, including handles and bottom reinforcements, before use. If a handle detaches or the bottom fails, we will only compensate for the value of the bag itself, without additional damage claims.
5.Return & Exchange Policy: The online purchase cooling-off period is not a trial period. To request a return, the product must remain in its original packaging and quantity. Used or incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Opened packages will incur a repackaging fee of 150 TWD.
