Spot UV Coating

Highlight Key Design Elements

Spot UV applies a glossy coating to specific areas of the design, drawing attention to key elements. It’s typically combined with matte lamination for added contrast.
Avoid using overly fine lines, crossing fold lines, or overlapping with foil stamping.

Foil Stamping

For more foil color options, please refer to our foil color chart.

This technique uses metal plates (zinc or copper) to apply metallic foil onto the paper, producing a luxurious metallic sheen.
Avoid small, intricate graphics or cutouts within full-bleed areas.

Embossing

Deep Emboss, Foil + Standard Emboss

Embossing creates raised patterns on the paper, enhancing both the visual and tactile experience. While textured specialty papers naturally add depth, they can be expensive and have processing limitations. Embossing can be applied to standard paper using embossing machines to create unique textures and elevate the overall feel of the packaging.

Debossing

Debossing & Embossing with Foil

Debossing or embossing can be applied using custom metal dies to press designs into the paper.
These effects can be used independently or combined with foil stamping for a more pronounced, premium look.

Metal Eyelets

Available in Gold and Silver (12mm or 10mm)

Metal eyelets reinforce the handle holes, enhancing durability and adding a refined aesthetic. They also improve the paper bag’s ability to bear weight.

Special Bag Types

Double-Sided Crease-Free Bags、Hidden Handle Design

(1)Standard paper bags have fold lines along the bottom that leave visible creases. Double-sided crease-free bags fold inward from the bottom, maintaining a smooth, uncreased appearance on both sides.
(2)Traditional paper bags have visible punched holes for handles. Hidden handle designs conceal the rope holes within folded edges, securing the cotton handles internally. However, this style offers less weight capacity and is not recommended for heavy products.
